Job description

Pay: Starting Training Rate: $17- $20 Per Hour

Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday - Friday

URGENTLY HIRING

We are a leading custom closet company that has been making customers’ dreams come true for over 35 years. We design and install closets, laundry rooms, mudrooms, offices, pantries, garage units and even murphy beds directly to homeowners, as well as selling our manufactured parts to other closet companies within the US. We live by the principals of LEAN manufacturing, prioritizing efficient processes and empowering employees to continuously improve themselves and the work they do, supported by a driven management team.


Open positions include:

  • Edgebanding Machine Operator
  • Quality Control Specialists
  • Shipping and Receiving Associates
  • Panel Saw Operator
  • CNC Operator
  • Drawer Box Department
  • 5 Piece Door Assembly


Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Loading boards onto various machines
  • Accessing programs for fabrication of parts on saws and drills
  • Reading technical diagrams
  • Install small hardware into boards
  • Prepare final product for shipping
  • Construct doors and drawer fronts
  • Scanning parts to ensure completion of order
  • Constructing drawer boxes

Qualifications:

  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize work
  • A sense of urgency
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Forklift certification is preferred, or willingness to be trained.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • A willingness to improve daily processes
  • The ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds
  • A commitment to high quality
  • The ability to be part of a cohesive team and also work independently
