No Soliciting is a members-only speakeasy is seeking a talented and dedicated Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue. You will be responsible for overseeing the nightly flow of service, managing staff performance, and ensuring that each members enjoys a top-tier experience. If you have a flair for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated setting, we want to hear from you.

- Assist the General Manager and Management Team with operations, management of

staff and guest experience.

- Coordinate daily operations, plan shifts, and proactively address/solve issues to ensure

excellent guest experience.

- Act as a brand ambassador for N/S and Rise Brands; ensure values are upheld to both

external and internal audiences.

- Establish positive relationships with all guests; handle complaints, requests and

inquiries, as needed and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Monitor, correct and report health and/or safety issues to ensure a safe environment for

guests and staff.

- Assist with facility management including game/activities and equipment maintenance.

- Hold teams accountable to established policies, standards and procedures

- Support colleagues at peak times and undertake any operational duty which might be

reasonably required.

- Lead the completion of End of Day reporting at the close of business; collect,

audit and securely deposit daily revenue.

- Support new hire and on-going training to ensure the staff has strong position

skill abilities, product knowledge and provide friendly guest service.

- Help manage performance by coaching in the moment and using

corrective/disciplinary action, as needed.
