Our client in Johnstown is searching for an Production Floor Manager at their industrial facility.
Job Description:
- Oversee around 30 employees, with a lot of moving parts and admin skills
- Ensuring Employee Timecards are accurate
- Supervising projects while working hands on with team
- Recordkeeping
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Working relationship with union
- Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining production schedules, optimizing efficiency
- Management Experience within a steel or manufacturing setting
