About FXI:

FXI is a leading innovator in foam technology, dedicated to providing high-performance solutions across industries. Our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and innovation drives us forward, and we are looking for ambitious recent chemical engineering graduates to join our Foam Technology Leadership Acceleration Program.

Program Overview:

The Foam Technology Leadership Acceleration Program is designed to fast-track recent engineering graduates into key technical and leadership roles within FXI's foam production operations. Participants will gain hands-on experience in polyurethane foam production, focusing on chemical and mechanical engineering applications within our Pour Line operations.

Through rotational assignments across multiple FXI Foam Production Plants, participants will develop expertise in:

  • Foam chemistry and formulation
  • Pour Line operations and optimization
  • Quality control and process improvement
  • Safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership and team management skills

At the completion of the 12-24-month program, successful candidates will have career advancement opportunities into Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Quality Engineer, Pour Line Supervisor, Production Manager, Plant Manager or Pour Line Management roles.

What You'll Do:
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and production teams to master FXI's foam pouring processes
  • Participate in on-the-job training to understand the science behind foam production and quality control
  • Assist with process optimization, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements
  • Learn and implement safety and environmental best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in foam manufacturing
