Graphic Designer
SUMMARY: Responsible for the creation of logos for order completion and developmental packages as needed for customers and internal requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Receive assignments from the Production Design Manager, Senior Graphic Designers, Account Managers and other staff members.
2. Create, source and/or modify designs, illustrations, and logos in accordance with company objectives and customer needs.
3. Achieve and maintain familiarity with internal design templates and company standards.
4. Maintain proficiency on current computer hardware and software, and further develop skills as technology evolves.
5. Complete a wide range of routine to complex designs with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
6. Be prepared to communicate and work directly with customers in the office.
7. Be prepared to travel solo to appointments/design fairs and work with customers occasionally.
8. Be prepared to travel to tradeshows and work with customers occasionally.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required:

1. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing and growing entrepreneurial environment.
2. Knowledge and skill in the areas of logo design.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software – strong Illustrator skills.
4. Ability to communicate clearly both orally and written.
5. Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to self motivate and stay on task daily.
7. Minimum of Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
8. Attention to detail and understanding the rules and limitations of our factory for design.
9. Ability to communicate with customers clearly.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Occasional travel during the week/weekends and extra work hours throughout the week during peak seasons.
