Job Title: Data Analyst - AI & Business Insights
Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract (through 12/31/2026) with potential for full-time conversion
About the Role
We're looking for a driven Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. This is a high-impact position for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently present to executive stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business insights
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
  • Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy and align with a single source of truth
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
  • Must have proficiency in AI tools and data-driven methodologies
  • Must have experience working with commercial real estate data
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions
