Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services in Healdsburg is a growing facility specializing in the custom production of Sparkling Wine and Still Wine. Rack & Riddle is seeking two Production Coordinator - Level 1's on our Operations Team.
Production Coordinator - Level 1 is responsible for maintaining and processing accurate and timely system records that support operational efficiency and effective flow of communication. The position will have a strong focus on computer system accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities
โ€ข Gather production information and ensure computer system data set-up is correct.
o Prepares required shop floor documents (production packets)
o Collects completed shop floor documents/computer system input data.
โ€ข Communicates daily pre-production data to internal departments and external customers.
โ€ข Inputs accurate and timely WO (work order) completion related data into company tracking system.
โ€ข Identifies and reports system mismatches between the inventory management system and the company tracking system.
โ€ข Troubleshoots and fixes any system errors.
โ€ข Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
โ€ข Embraces and acts as a role model for a company culture that strives for a safe and teamwork-oriented environment that focuses on customer gratification by delivering high quality goods and service.
โ€ข Supports month end inventory reporting requirements.
โ€ข Assists with end of run reconciliation process for packaging operations.
โ€ข Supports appropriate cycle counting and physical inventory reconciliation processes.
โ€ข Works closely with Operations, Winemaking, and Warehouse staff to ensure system inventory is accurately reflected in the company tracking system.
โ€ข Inputs accurate and timely WO (work order) completion related data into company tracking system.

Requirements
A successful candidate's background will include:
โ€ข Must possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through in all tasks.
โ€ข Computer and systems capability - including MS Office Suite/Excel, and other production/materials applications.
โ€ข Customer service orientation and focus.
โ€ข Good written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English, Spanish) a plus.
โ€ข Post high school education or 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, production, and materials control roles.
โ€ข Experience and exposure in materials, inventory, production, or warehouse desired.
โ€ข Ability and desire to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
โ€ข Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment is required.
