Customer Service & Sales Support Associate
Location: Peru, IL
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Position Overview
A wellestablished company in Peru is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Associate to join their team. This role is essential to daily operations, focusing on customer service, order entry, and coordination with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely processing.
This is not a coldcalling sales position — the emphasis is on service, accuracy, and internal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support and assist with incoming inquiries
  • Enter customer orders and maintain accurate data in company systems
  • Assist with order processing, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Communicate with warehouse staff regarding order status and updates
  • Support inventory counts as needed
  • Occasionally assist the packing department during peak periods
