Job description

Job Title: Production WorkerJob Description

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team for the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 6am to 2pm. This role typically requires working 50-55 hours per week, with up to 58 hours during our busiest times. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in electronic manufacturing, such as through-hole or surface mount soldering. However, we are also open to entry-level candidates with a positive attitude who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
  • Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
  • Sit or stand during the 10-hour shift, with standing required at times.
  • Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet assembly metrics.
  • Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Work on assignments that are routine in nature with limited judgment required.
  • Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.
