You’ll perform a variety of hands-on production tasks such as drilling, filling, sorting, inspecting, and packaging products, while maintaining safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Your day-to-day may consist of:Execute production tasks such as filling, inspecting, sorting, and packaging to meet quality and quantity standards.Inspect products and equipment for quality compliance, promptly reporting issues and making necessary equipment adjustments.Substitute for operators as needed, handling equipment setup, operation, shutdown, troubleshooting, and quality checks.Adhere to food safety, quality policies, internal GMPs, and regulatory guidelines; accurately complete required documentation.Perform sanitation duties, maintain overall cleanliness during shifts, and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors. This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing, walking, communicating, and sensory tasks throughout each shift, while frequently handling objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is required.   Available Shifts: AM Shift (6AM-6PM) or PM Shift (6PM-6AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
