About This Opportunity
JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY RATE: $24.12/hour
-Earn $28.38/hour after completing 60 day probation period.
-Earn a shift premium of $2.00/hour for any hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am.
-Earn time and one half for hours worked over 40 in a week
-Earn time and a half for all work performed on a Sunday
2nd shift position available (4pm-12pm)
Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Produce a safe and quality product
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
  • Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
  • Participation in a team environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Able to read and comprehend the English language
  • Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
  • Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
  • Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous manufacturing experience
