Weather Shield (Part of the Pella Family of Brands)

Weather Shield is looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our team for the summer season. This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble parts to create finished products using hand tools or machines
  • Follow instructions from manuals, drawings, and diagrams
  • Measure and align materials to ensure a precise fit
  • Inspect finished products to maintain high quality standards
  • Keep your work area clean and equipment in good condition
  • Track production tasks and report any issues or defects


Schedule & Pay

  • Starting pay: $18.00/hour (+$2.50 shift differential)
  • Schedule:
    1st shift     Monday – Thursday 6-am –3:30 PM & Friday 6 am – 10:00 am

2nd shift  Mon – Thurs 3:00 pm – 2:00 am (training on 1st shift)

For both shifts: Friday - Mandatory Overtime as needed*

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic comfort using hand or power tools (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing and working with your hands for extended periods
