Become a full-time Production Associate with Value Added Distributors, LLC to jumpstart a steady, hands-on career opportunity in Manitowoc, WI!

You'll earn $16 per hour and enjoy a strong benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with employer match to support your future.
You'll work a consistent Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm shift with overtime opportunities, giving you stability with the option to boost your earnings.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
You assemble hydraulic hose products with precision, following production guidelines and quality standards while safely operating hand and power tools. You complete inspection paperwork, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure all work meets customer requirements and delivery timelines. You collaborate with your team to solve issues, identify nonconforming products, and stay aligned with safety practices and company expectations. You continue learning through cross-training opportunities while actively supporting company goals, maintaining compliance, and contributing to a productive, safety-first manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn and follow standard practices
  • Ability to type 25+ wpm
  • Able to use various equipment, such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
  • Ability to apply basic math skills
  • Ability to utilize and read tape measures and digital calipers
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide timely communications within a team
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus
  • A forklift driver certification is a plus, but we will provide training
