Department: AeroLED- Production Associate

Description
AeroLEDs is looking for a full time dynamic Production Associate to join our AeroLEDs team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the manufacturing of LED light assemblies used in the Aerospace, Rail, and Dental industries.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Produce finished goods by assembling parts and subassemblies according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
  • Use of hand tools and/or machines to assemble parts.
  • Conducts quality control checks.
  • Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.
  • Ensure product is of highest quality according to specifications
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
  • Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination
  • Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control
  • Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors
  • Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations
  • Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows

Qualifications:
  • Mechanical and technical skills

  • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small
