A little about the position:
 
Job Summary
We are looking for skilled individuals with great work ethics and excellent work history to help the ongoing growth of Latham Pool Products.
 
Some of What You Will Do:
  • Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
  • Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
  • Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing pool components
  • Shift Schedule: M-F 5:30: am to 2:00 pm –  overtime mandatory
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
  • Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climbing above floor level, reaching overhead, lifting overhead, for 8–12-hour shifts,
  • Able to lift ap to 50 lbs.
