As a Production Associate, you will perform repetitive assembly and/or inspection of the company's products into complete packages and/or vials including but not limited to medical products, accessories, manuals, operating instructions and data sheets. You may perform other packaging or production tasks including: placing labels on packages, operating small production equipment, counting and sorting various items, and forming or breaking down boxes for final product. You will provide support and interface with internal customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions
The opportunity:
  • Performs packaging assembly tasks following approved processes and work instructions.
  • Verifies and inspects raw materials, subassemblies and finished product to ensure product integrity.
  • Completes documentation and ensures accuracy and verification of procedures.
  • May prepare work centers for appropriate line clearance procedure and conducts regular cleaning in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • May maintain material/supply needs to support production.

This is a fixed duration position for 1 year.

Minimum qualifications:
  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Willing to work 6:30am - 4:00pm (EST) Monday - Thursday and 6:30 am - 10:30 am on Fridays.
  • 1 or more years of related operations or manufacturing experience.
  • Thorough understanding of appropriate safety, health, and environment procedures.

Pay transparency
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $33,300.00- $61,800.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
