At Water-Right, Inc., (A subsidiary of A. O. Smith) we are a water quality solutions provider with a complete line of products for a wide variety of applications. In addition to its advanced and innovative product solutions, Water-Right also has retail facilities -- Clean Water Centers located in Appleton and Oconomowoc, WI and a state-certified lab, Clean Water Testing, LLC, specializing in water analytical services.
Primary Function
The Production Associate will assemble residential water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be able to accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the assembly line to include tank filling, final assembly, and packaging. The Production Associate will have the skill set to work both accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • Ability to lift up to 30lb for some position and 50 lbs for others

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Good attitude and team player
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs
  • Measurement/mathematical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve

We Offer
Hours: 1 shfit Monday - Fri 7am-3:30pm or 2nd shift Monday- Thur, 3:30pm-2am, OT as necessary
Pay: $ 21.00/hr. a bump to $22.05 at 6 months, and then to $22.80 after 1 year. There is an additional $1 shift differential for working 2nd shift.
1st shift could start as soon as 7/15/2026. 2nd shift could sart after offer and clear background and drug screen.
