Your Opportunity: 

The Production Utility is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing tasks in support of the production of high-quality rings and jewelry products. Operators may be assigned to different work areas including injection, polishing, stone setting, plating, and quality inspection, depending on business needs. The Production Utility is expected to learn new skills, follow established work instructions, and contribute to achieving production goals while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

• Perform assigned production tasks such as injection, polishing, stone setting,

plating, or inspection according to standard operating procedures.

• Ensure products meet quality standards through careful handling and attention to

detail.

• Follow daily work assignments and complete tasks in a timely manner to support

production schedules.

• Accurately record production information in Microsoft Office or other company

systems.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and lean practices where

applicable.

• Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly.

• Identify and report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns to a supervisor.

• Assist in cross-training and support other production areas as needed.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce

waste.

• Support and comply with all company safety, environmental, and HR policies.

What You’ll Bring to the Table: (make sure you include years of experience and skills needed)

• Previous manufacturing experience helpful, but not required – training will be

provided.

• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to different production areas.

• Enjoys working with hands, tools, and small parts with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work overtime or Saturdays as required during peak seasons.

• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

 Education / Certifications Required (if needed):

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  •  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  •  Frequent standing, walking, bending, or reaching during the workday.
  •  Good vision and color vision required for detailed inspection and quality work.
  •  Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
  •  Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
