Production Associate

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position where employees may support different areas of the operation based on daily production needs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform light assembly of products and components according to work instructions.

  • Complete kitting by gathering, organizing, and preparing parts and materials for production.

  • Pick and fill orders accurately using pick lists and production requirements.

  • Perform material handling, including moving parts, products, and supplies throughout the facility.

  • Stock production areas and ensure team members have the materials needed to complete orders.

  • Pack, label, sort, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment.

  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

  • Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

  • Work as part of a team and assist in other departments as production needs change.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
