Job description

Currently seeking a Production Associate for a full-time temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities of Production Associate:

-Paint surfaces on various size products and surfaces using spray guns, roller and brushes

-Prepare various paints, solvents, glues, and chemicals following all safety guidelines

-Weigh and mix epoxy

-Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for paint and epoxy application

-Perform touch-ups and fill cracks, holes, dents, and joints

-Estimate costs by calculating amount of required materials needed

-Conduct quality checks ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

-Regularly clean and maintain the equipment and work station

-Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Production Associate

-Minimum High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

-3-5 years of painting and epoxy application in a manufacturing environment experience required

-Knowledgeable of paint brush selection, jewelry painting, antiquing, and wiping

-Comfortable working around paint fumes and in tight spaces

-Great attention to detail

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks

-Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination

-Great organizational and time management skills

Hours: 7:00am-3:45 pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
