About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Production Performance Analyst and are actively reviewing applications.

As the Performance Analyst, you will provide the UGP Manager with all the data and information needed to correctly manage the product business unit, through performance monitoring and analysis (i.e. lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, labour, etc.) and directional reporting preparation.

Main Responsibilities:

Budget
•    Collaborates with the UGP Manager and the Controlling Unit in the production headcount budget planning.
•    Support the UGP and Maintenance Manager in preparing and supplying information for the investment budget
•    Creates with the UGP Manager the general expenditure budget (consumable, training, …)
•    Establishes performance objectives of production lines


Monitoring performances and production factors
•    Manages and monitor all activities in SAP PP-PI module (i.e. management of materials, hours confirmation, Process Orders)
•    Complete all activities for monthly closure from Production side (POs costs) meeting Controlling deadlines 
•    Collaborates with the supervisors and UGP Manager in optimizing on a long-term horizon, the production output and performances (materials, labour, machines, methods, scheduling), through the analysis of the available data
•    Responsible for the line performance analysis and to share information during the production meetings
•    Collaborates with the UGP Manager for Stock Management and manages the monthly inventory system adjustment (packaging, raw materials) with supervisors, Team Leaders and warehouse, supporting the physical count. 
•    Responsible for the SAP and payroll hours (Ultimate) reconciliation (end of the week)

Gap analysis and Production Scheduling
•    Collaborates with UGP Manager in the Production Performance Gap Analysis and participates to improve the identified areas
•    Collaborates with the Planning department the Daily Production Scheduling (for week + 1) and verifying feasibility / convenience of a production schedule modification within the week


Continuous Improvement
•    Helps supervisors in identifying of improvement initiatives
•    Support all players in the continuous improvement process 
•    Certify results of continuous improvement action

Maintenance
•    Participates in the planning of scheduled maintenance activities to define the timing of intervention.

Quality and Food Safety
•    Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained

About You:

•    Knowledge of production process, methods and the Company’s information systems related to production
•    Familiar with production cycles, models, production efficiencies and stock management
•    Knowledge of inventory processes
•    Knowledge and application of production KPI’s
•    Knowledge of planning techniques
•    Knowledge and application of production performance analysis methods
•    Excellent (intermediate level) knowledge and demonstrated practical use of Excel

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
