We are seeking a dynamic Operations Production Assistant to serve as a vital communication bridge within our 24/7 medical manufacturing facility. This role is essential in fostering workforce engagement, promoting organizational alignment, and ensuring clear communication of our site vision and strategic goals across all shifts and departments.

Hours: 8am-430pm M-F

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Engagement

  • Facilitate effective communication between production teams, management, and support departments across all shifts
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Organize and coordinate team meetings, huddles, and information sessions
  • Create and distribute internal communications including newsletters, updates, and announcements
  • Gather feedback from frontline employees and communicate insights to management

Vision & Goal Promotion

  • Champion company vision, mission, and strategic objectives throughout the organization
  • Develop creative campaigns to communicate site goals and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with our Culture Ambassadors and Teams
  • Support change management initiatives and new program rollouts
