Job description

Production Coordinator

The mission of the Production Coordinator is to drive the successful execution of packaging and copacking projects by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. You’ll bring clarity and coordination to fast-moving customer programs, making sure every detail is right — from the first quote to the final shipment. This role is for a self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, organization, and follow-through.

The Journey

Order & Project Coordination:

  • Oversee day-to-day production orders, ensuring timelines, specifications, and priorities are clearly communicated and executed. Work closely with the project management team providing execution support where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure seamless handoff of projects and resolve roadblocks quickly.

Scheduling & Workflow Management:

  • Help coordinate production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to maintain on-time delivery and quality standards. Providing best in class service for Korpack clients.

Problem Solving:

  • Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to keep projects running smoothly. Bring a sense of ownership and urgency to every task.

Communication & Follow-Up:

  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams (Production, Project management, Sales, and Supply chain) — keeping everyone informed, aligned, and accountable through clear, consistent communication.

The Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, project management, or production support role within manufacturing, packaging, or distribution.

Organization: Expert at prioritizing tasks, tracking details, and managing multiple projects at once without missing a beat.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and strong Excel and documentation skills. Asana experience is also a major plus.

Problem Solving: You think two steps ahead, identifying potential issues before they happen — and know how to fix them fast.

Communication: Confident communicator who can work across departments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership, drives action, and keeps things moving — no hand-holding required.

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.

The Reward

  • A key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence
