DG Foods – Poultry Processing Production Associate

Position Summary

DG Foods is seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our poultry processing team. Openings include production associates, debone line associates, poultry cutters, packaging team members, material handlers, and general laborers. Team members play a vital role in producing high-quality poultry products while maintaining food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process, trim, debone, cut, package, label, and inspect poultry products.

• Operate production equipment and use knives and hand tools safely.

• Maintain production goals while meeting quality and yield standards.

• Follow all GMP, USDA, HACCP, and company food safety procedures.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Wear required PPE and report safety or equipment concerns immediately.

• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 18 years old.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Reliable transportation.
