Job Description

Title Production Manager

Job summary: Responsible to make sure jobs are completed on time and in the most efficient manner. Production Manager will also maintain schedules for each department and update daily.

Summary of essential job functions

  • Monitor job progress throughout the shop.
  • Supervise production staff.
  • Update schedule daily for each department.
  • Lead daily production meetings.
  • Other duties as necessary.

Minimum requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience of at least 8 years.
  • Extensive knowledge of print industry.

Abilities required

  • Must have leadership capabilities.
  • Must be able to prioritize and delegate tasks where necessary.
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills for speaking with external customers as well as those within the company.
