Job description

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Product Manager with demonstrated experience leading and executing product management activities while facilitating integration across stakeholder engagement, communications, and training teams.

The Product Manager will support the successful delivery, enhancement, and sustainment of HSIN products and services through strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate product releases to ensure timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
  • Oversee release management processes, including documentation, quality assurance, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Monitor post-release performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and initiate corrective actions or improvements as needed.
  • Communicate release plans, timelines, risks, and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate Authorization to Operate (ATO) activities and ensure compliance with applicable security requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with internal program leadership to define and refine product requirements.
  • Conduct customer research, user engagement activities, and market assessments to identify operational needs and product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with mission objectives.
  • Oversee product design, development, implementation, and sustainment activities.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities, resources, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to continuously improve HSIN products and services.
  • Support product testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution activities impacting stakeholder requirements and operational performance.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with or leading teams and identifying stakeholder business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, stakeholder engagement, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing product releases, requirements gathering, and cross-functional coordination efforts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Clearance:

DHS Suitability / Public Trust.
