  • Collaborate with engineering mentors on high-level projects
  • Drive product development and improvement
  • Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs
  • Conduct finite element analysis using Ansys
  • Validate product performance through testing and analysis
  • Maintain quality control standards for products
  • Develop and revise electrical schematics and software for products
  • Engage in hands‑on prototyping and manufacturing tasks
Requirements
  • Pursuing Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural Manufacturing or other Engineering/Industrial Technologies
  • GPA 3.0 or higher
  • Knowledge of CAD software preferred (Creo or Solid Works)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands‑on experience is a plus (farm, mechanic, hobby carpentry, etc.)
  • Previous co‑op/intern experience with Bobcat is a requirement
  • Time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient organization and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
