Job description

TeAM is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student to support product testing, validation, and documentation efforts across CivicConnect (mobile & web applications), LinkNxtGen AI (LNGAI) and AGIS. This role is structured as a high-accountability, self-driven internship designed to strengthen quality assurance and product iteration cycles. The intern will work directly with product and leadership teams to test features, identify defects, validate user workflows, conduct targeted research, and assist with assigned project tasks supporting ongoing development priorities.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Testing & Validation Conduct structured testing of CivicConnect (mobile and web applications) Perform functional testing on LNGAI features and agent workflows Execute test scripts and document results clearly Identify reproducible bugs and submit structured defect reports Validate fixes prior to release 2. Documentation & Write-Ups Assist in preparing structured test summaries and validation reports Support drafting internal product review documentation Contribute to three formal quality write-ups covering CivicConnect and LNGAI testing outcomes Maintain organized test logs and version tracking documentation 3.

Research & Project Support Conduct targeted research related to product features, AI capabilities, and user workflow optimization Support documentation development and background analysis for product enhancements Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as assigned by the COO or Product Lead Provide analytical support to ongoing development and planning initiatives 4. Process & Continuous Improvement Recommend workflow improvements based on testing findings Identify usability friction points Support refinement of intake, documentation, and validation processes
