Job description

Job Title: Production Operator

Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 06 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Weatherford, TX 76086

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch)

Description:

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Perform product sampling, quality checks, and basic process analysis.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Follow plant procedures, safety policies, and permit requirements.
  • Maintain equipment efficiency, product quality, and a clean, safe work environment.
  • Support continuous production operations and complete assigned production tasks.
  • Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed.
  • Perform additional production and control room operator duties as assigned.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
