Indotronix is seeking an Product Review Engineer 4, Red Oak, TX
 
Bachelors with 10+ years of exprience
MRB Engineering experience
Type & Duration: 12 Months of contract
First Shift: 06:00 AM to 04:30 PM
 
Position Responsibilities:
• STANDARD BOILERPLATE INFO HERE for Liason Engineering
• Will be T-7A Program Representative at Qarbon Aerospace in Red Oak, TX
• Applies broad knowledge of Client design and/or engineering principles. Assesses and resolves product/process issues through the product lifecycle. Leads research of technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer and designs interim and final engineering solutions. Leads others to analyze, conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances. Develops and implements product/process improvements. Uses innovative approaches and unique applications to address complex nonconforming conditions and to detect deviations. Analyzes reported problems for potential safety issues; recommends and manages complex resolution. Leads develop of interim and final solutions. Provides design phase subject matter expertise by supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participating in design reviews. Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment. Ensures supplier and build partner compliance with Client standards. Develops customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment. Leads activities for on-site disabled product repair teams and accident investigation or support teams. Designs appropriate jacking and shoring schemes. Leads the design of interim structural repairs and conducts static strength analysis. Develops and leads non-destructive test procedures, tools and standards. Ensures supplier and build partner compliance with Client standards. Develops and implements technical training curriculum for internal or external customers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US Applies extensive job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts. Has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Recognized as a job expert within the department/organization
• Provides technical solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective.
• Guides the successful completion of aspects of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendations may result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives.
• Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

• Ability pre or post to obtain “Secret” security clearance
• MRB Engineering experience is a must
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• MRB Authority as Liaison Engineer on the shop floor at Client St. Louis, MO. in BDS is first desired preference
• MRB Authority as Liaison Engineer on the shop floor at any BDS location, is second preference
• MRB Authority as Liaison Engineer on the shop floor at any Client facility outside of BDS is third preference
• MRB Authority as Liaison Engineer supporting the shop floor at any Aerospace OEM outside of the Client Company is forth desired
• MRB Authority as Liaison Engineer supporting the shop floor at a company outside of Aerospace is fifth desired preference -LETS SAY ALL THIS BETTER USE YOUR AI!
Training Expectations: The selected candidate will be located at this team’s Supplier “Qarbon Aerospace” in Red Oak, TX (30 minutes south of Dallas). However, the candidate will need to come to St Louis, MO for at least 6 months for MRB training before working at Qarbon.
