Indotronix is seeking an:Product Review Engineer 3, Berkeley, MO

Bachelor Must
Shift:Second
Start Time:2:30 PM
End Time:11:00 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?:No

Job Description:

  • Apply knowledge of engineering design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle
  • Identify and review engineering documents; analyze reported issues and communicate deviations that may impact design intent, safety, or compliance
  • Recommend, manage, and implement effective resolution strategies for non-conformances
  • Develop and implement product and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and actively participate in design reviews
  • Represent the engineering function across build, production, and post-production environments
  • Design structural repairs and perform basic static strength analysis to ensure compliance with engineering standards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Current or previous Material Review Board (MRB) experience or certification (commercial MRB experience preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with metallic and composite structural repair processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution
  • Familiarity with performing basic static strength analysis
  • MRB Certification strongly preferred

Education / Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor’s degree)
  • Typically 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD, Master’s + 3 years’ related work experience)
  • In the USA, ABET accreditation is preferred, though not required
