Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to fill a Production Quality Assurance (PQA) role, responsible for leading the King of Prussia site Quality organization in support of Production Operations activities. This position will initially oversee a team of approximately 25 employees but will likely grow with expansion of the site. Key programs are within the Strategic Ballistic Missile (SBM) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Production Quality Engineers and Inspectors
-Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Programs teams
-Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and safety compliance
-Evolve key value streams to enable Space to be ahead of ready in a model-based enterprise
-Serve as primary point of contact with DCMA and external customers for Production Quality Assurance strategic objectives
-Drive commonality and standardization for designing scalable production
-Strengthen cross-functional Collaboration and cross-site partnerships
-Deliver value-added business health metrics to identify trends and risk areas
-Evolve advanced quality technologies capabilities for increased producibility
-Identify resource needs and required upskilling
-Lead performance management and talent development
-Maintain financial budgets
Basic Qualifications
-Strong working knowledge of factory tools and processes
-Background in quality systems, metrics and processes in high-rate production environments or anything related
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations
-Experience interacting with senior leaders or external customers
-Business acumen and technology savviness
-Ability to synthesize results and present findings through research and analysis
Desired skills
-Prior Quality Manager experience
-Strong quality background including Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Readiness processes
-Technical understanding of factory and business systems tools and processes
-Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (SAP, Solumina, Apriso)
-Experience with 1LMX Capabilities
-Business savvy with the ability to create strategies achieving broader enterprise objectives
-Work experience in at least one other LM Business Area's factories
-8+ years of related experiences

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $134,900 - $233,680. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
