Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Packaging & Fulfillment Specialist with a strong background in Quality Control to join our team. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in packaging, fulfillment, logistics, and quality control, and is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer systems. This role is critical to ensuring that all products meet quality standards, are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner, ultimately ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control checks on products before shipment, ensuring that all items meet company standards and specifications.
  • Ensure customer orders are accurately processed, packaged, and fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with team members and departments to facilitate order processing and meet customer expectations.
  • Organize and manage supplies, maintain an accurate inventory of components and finished goods, and ensure high-quality standards in order fulfillment.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, coordinating with logistics staff and trucking vendors to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address any issues related to packaging, product defects, or discrepancies in orders.
  • Follow cGMPs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control guidelines, ensuring that quality, housekeeping, and safety standards are upheld.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any quality issues during the packaging and fulfillment process.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality control processes and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality control, packaging, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service.
  • Proficient with computer systems for order tracking and inventory management.
