This process involves various testing methods, such as manual and automated testing, to detect issues early and improve the overall user experience. Product QA Testing is a crucial step in software development as it helps prevent costly errors and maintains customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Senior Testing Analyst to lead the charge in ensuring our mission-critical applications are flawless. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys a mix of high-level strategy—developing automation frameworks and mentoring junior staff—and "hands-on" technical execution across Web and API environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Leadership: Review and overhaul current automation practices, introducing new strategies to maximize test coverage.

  • Full Lifecycle Testing: Manage the entire testing journey, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing for both custom-built and vendor software.

  • Defect Architecture: Not just finding bugs, but analyzing performance/stress results and coordinating defect resolution across the organization.

  • Agile Collaboration: Drive quality within Agile Scrum sessions, creating user stories and task flows to align development with business needs.

  • Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, coaching junior team members on best practices in manual and automated testing.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

  • Automation Expertise: 1+ years specifically automating Web-based applications and APIs using TOSCA.

  • DevOps Integration: 3+ years of experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Data Proficiency: 3+ years of experience testing ETL, writing, and executing SQL statements.

  • Experience: 5+ years in QA/Software Testing, with proficiency in tools like Selenium, Katalon, and JIRA/Xray.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AngularJS or Java.

  • 7+ years of total QA experience.
