Overview
We are seeking a Lead QA / Testing Coordinator to oversee testing efforts at a program level during a Salesforce and Oracle transition. This role is not about leading QA testers directly, but rather coordinating and managing testing across platforms, integrations, and workflows.

  • Oversee testing of customer journey workflows (browse → cart → checkout → payment → fulfillment).
  • Validate Salesforce data migration and downstream Oracle integration (billing, invoicing, GL).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Manage test documentation and defect tracking using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
Required Skills
  • Strong background in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and/or Oracle testing.
