A Day in the Life:

In the position of Product Data Project Manager supporting APAC, you will Lead end-to-end cross-functional management and prioritization of Bill of Material (BOM) creation and execution for assigned region, serving as the central point of accountability and align stakeholders across Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and regional teams to deliver on business priorities. Leverage deep expertise in SAP transaction processes, Master Data Governance (MDG), GS1 standards, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to define and drive strategic BOM setup approaches within the broader Technical Operations workflow. Apply end-to-end supply chain knowledge to solve complex BOM challenges, ensure GS1 compliance, and optimize product data management.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Lead strategic Product Scope process, establishing BOM priorities across assigned region while applying end-to-end supply chain expertise to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Own strategic BOM setup through MDG process, leveraging SAP expertise to troubleshoot complex data issues, develop innovative workarounds, and maintain product data integrity across systems.
  • Mentor and train cross-functional BOM members on GS1 standards compliance, SAP transaction processes, and BOM setup best practices; host 'systems readiness' meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead assigned region Product Data team in resolving complex supply chain data challenges, applying GS1 rules knowledge to ensure compliant product identification and transaction accuracy within SAP.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to build strategic project timelines, providing supply chain insights for BOM setup optimization and new product introduction success.
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related business field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain operations with demonstrated expertise in SAP product data management, GS1 standards, and BOM/master data governance.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with SAP (MM/PP modules), MDG, GS1 data standards tools; PLM experience preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Black belt and/or PMP preferred.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Proven background in an analytical function focusing on optimizing efficiencies and cross-functional team leadership. Creative and systematic mindset to navigate in a dynamic environment requiring a flexible but disciplined approach.
  • Some flexibility around hours, 10am-7pm on occasion
