POSITION SUMMARY

TheSenior Product Owner-Cyber Fusion Center(CFC)isakeyfacilitatorfor theCFCproduct vision,strategy, roadmap, anddelivery prioritiesthat enable integratedcyberdefense acrossIncidentDetection andResponse (IDR), ThreatIntel &Operations, andThreat andVulnerabilityManagement (TVM). Thisrole translatesoperational needs, cyber risk, intelligence, andstakeholder prioritiesinto measurable product outcomesthat improve threat visibility,detection quality, response effectiveness, vulnerability risk reduction, andthe overall analyst experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds Cyber Fusion Center customer and internal facing products with superior user experience across multiple verticals (Incident Detection and Response (IDR), Threat Intelligence and Operations, and Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM), accountable for an established or moderate complexity product.

  • Ensures alignment between teams to build and prioritize Cyber Fusion Center product roadmaps, plan releases, and align them with business objectives and cyber-risk outcomes.

  • Collaborates with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives across IDR, Threat Intelligence and Operations, and TVMto address and resolve issues that arise during product development.

  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as IDR, Threat Intelligence and Operations, TVM, Research and Development, User Experience (UX), and business and operations teams, to align on product strategies, gather insights, and plan releases.

  • Identifies product-related issues across the Cyber Fusion Center, makes decisions and continuously does trade-off analyses to ensure development stays on track toward deliverable commitments.

  • Prioritizes the short-term feature backlog and releases across the Cyber Fusion Center, as well as the long-term product roadmap for Cyber Fusion Center products.

  • Conducts customer research, product discovery and synthesizes market factors into a cohesive Cyber Fusion Center product strategy.

  • Collaborates with customers to understand challenges & opportunities, applying analytics, orchestration, automation, andartificial intelligence where they improve cyber-risk reduction or operational effectiveness.

  • Collects quantitative data and takes a data driven approach to evaluate the viability of Cyber Fusion Center product initiatives.

  • Writes epics and stories to support completion of Cyber Fusion Center initiatives; ensures stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder (analysts, investigators, threat specialists, vulnerability practitioners, and cyber leaders) needs to meet key business objectives and strategies for the product; promotes Agile approaches to product development across teams/areas.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor'sdegree inInformationSystems,Cybersecurity, relatedfieldor equivalent work experiencerequired

  • Product Owner certification preferred

  • Agile/Scrum certificationsstronglypreferred.

  • Five (5) ormoreyearsof relevant experiencerequired.

  • Experienceinproduct ownership, productmanagement, cybersecurity, or technologydelivery, includingdemonstratedexperience leading complex productsor capability portfoliosacrossmultiple teamshighly preferred.

  • Experiencesupportingsecurity operations, IncidentDetection andResponse (IDR), Threat Intelligence andOperations, Threat andVulnerabilityManagement (TVM),securitydata andanalytics, or cyber automationstrongly preferred.

  • Proven ability todefine anddeliver product roadmapsfor complex cybersecurity or technology capabilities, integrating user needs, operationaldata, cyber-risk insights, technicaldependencies, andbusinessobjectivesinto measurable outcomespreferred.

  • Strong working knowledge ofsecurity operationsandexposure-management capabilities, includingSIEM,SOAR, threat intelligence platforms, endpoint andnetwork telemetry, vulnerabilityscanning andprioritization, casemanagement,data integrations, automation, analytics, andreporting preferred.

  • Experiencedriving adoption andorganizational change for cybersecurity capabilitiesacrosscross-functional teams, including new workflows,data practices, automation, anddecision frameworkswhilemaintainingoperational continuitypreferred.
