Role: Agile Product Owner - Banking/Financial Services

Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX - Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Owner for Banking / Investment / Capital Market initiatives, owning the product backlog and ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the Agile teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
  • Act as SME for Banking processes, regulatory changes, and customer-impacting requirements.
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, QA engineers, and Architects to drive high-quality feature delivery.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and support Agile ceremonies as needed.
  • Ensure timely implementation of features and drive continuous improvement across product teams.
  • Apply knowledge of AML concepts, risk typologies, regulatory expectations, and detection workflows.
  • Support AML solution development, enhancement, and compliance driven changes.
