About The Opportunity: Store Supervisor

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Store Supervisor - Operations to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will help ensure the store operates efficiently and that customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, supporting store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).
  • Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
  • Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.
  • Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
  • Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
  • A reliable team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to support others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
