  • Support development and rollout of training materials for Sales and Applications teams

  • Engage directly with target customers to present new product concepts, support evaluations, and help drive early design wins and initial orders
  • Participate in customer visits, on-site support, and technical discussions to ensure successful product introduction and adoption
  • Act as a bridge between customer feedback and internal teams during early sales cycles, ensuring rapid response and alignment
  • Support trade shows, customer demos, and marketing events to promote new product offerings and gather market feedback
  • Travel as required (up to ~30%) to support customer engagement, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives

    • Applications Engineering (quick-turn / semi-custom)

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Support and build out Specification Documents, including backfilling gaps across existing product lines
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Applications, Sales, and Marketing

  • Lead organization and continuous improvement of product support resources, including:
    • Datasheets
    • Evaluation Kits (EVKs) and manuals
    • Customer-facing reports and FAQs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 2-5 years of experience in:
