Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a Personal Lines Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This position will have the opportunity to work in the office, remotely or a hybrid schedule.
If you are energized by asking "How can we make this product better?", using data to find the answer, and partnering with others to bring great ideas to life, this opportunity may be right for you!
In this role, you'll own the strategy and performance of assigned insurance products, driving growth, profitability, retention, and customer value through data-informed product strategy and cross-functional leadership. As a Personal Lines Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities, develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business results, in support of our vision.
