What is a product manager startup?

A Product Manager in a startup is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of a product while working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. They collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to build and launch products that meet customer needs. Unlike in larger companies, startup PMs often wear multiple hats, from customer research to backlog management and even go-to-market strategy.
