Job description

Work with the industry leader
At Eon, our mission is to make patients healthier and healthcare affordable. Eon Patient Management, or EPM as we like to call it, identifies patients with disease risk and streamlines clinical decision analysis so clinicians can work at the top of their licenses. With unique solutions across multiple disease states, we drive unprecedented adherence to care pathways, so that more patients are seen and more survive. When patients win, healthcare systems win - both clinically and financially.
As a market leader in incidental tracking and patient management, Eon is pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence to enable healthcare enterprises, ranging from small health systems to large, national-scale IDNs in the US.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of key capabilities within Eon's Intelligent Care Platform. In this role, you'll shape how clinicians, navigators, and care teams use Eon's intelligent system to improve patient outcomes.
You'll own a product area that brings together clinical workflows, data insights, and operational efficiency, turning complex healthcare challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who loves solving meaningful problems, can connect business goals with user needs, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. You'll act as the bridge between clinical needs, business strategy, and technical execution, driving initiatives that enhance usability, scalability, and patient impact.
In this role you will:
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Drive the roadmap and vision: Define and execute the strategy for your product domain in alignment with Eon's mission and business goals.
  • Set success metrics: Partner with leadership to establish and track key outcomes that ensure every initiative supports improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Customer-centric innovation: Collaborate with customers, clinical stakeholders, and internal SMEs to uncover opportunities, validate needs, and deliver products that create tangible value for end users.
  • Market and competitive insight: Continuously assess industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure Eon's products remain cutting-edge.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and implementation teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and successful launches.

Execution & Delivery
  • Collaborative delivery: Partner with engineering, data science, clinical, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact product releases that drive measurable results.
  • Translate vision into execution: Develop clear product requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and clinical value.
  • Enable efficient execution: Work with engineering leads to define release plans, clarify priorities, and proactively address risks or blockers to delivery.
  • Value-driven development: Ensure every feature released provides measurable clinical, operational, or engagement impact for Eon's customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Clinical workflow translation: Partner with clinicians and SMEs to translate complex healthcare processes into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences.
  • Go-to-market partnership: Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to shape positioning, value messaging, and successful product launches.
  • Organizational alignment: Serve as the connective link across departments, aligning priorities, clarifying objectives, and ensuring teams work toward shared outcomes.

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders: Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and end users to gather insights, validate solutions, and continuously refine product direction.
  • Transparent communication: Present roadmap updates, product outcomes, and performance insights to leadership and internal partners.
  • Seamless implementation: Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure new products and features are rolled out effectively and deliver immediate value.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Data-driven iteration: Leverage product analytics, user behavior insights, and client feedback to guide roadmap decisions and iterative improvements.
  • Measure impact: Track and analyze adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to evaluate success and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Continuous optimization: Proactively identify and execute enhancements that improve workflow efficiency, user satisfaction, and patient engagement outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5-7 years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in healthcare technology, clinical software, or health data platforms.
  • Proven success managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to release and iteration.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex healthcare workflows and translate them into product requirements that support operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EMR/EHR workflows, or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.).
  • Experience working with analytics tools (Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar) and agile tools (JIRA, confluence or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline). An advanced degree is a plus.

"So what's in it for me," you ask?
We pride ourselves for being a culture-based company buzzing with high-energy. Aside from the enthusiastic environment, you'll enjoy:
  • Competitive salary
  • Health insurance
  • Referral bonuses
  • Unlimited vacation time
  • Paid Maternity and Paternity leave
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Awesome team members
