About the role 

The Product Solution Engineering (PSE) Team serves as the critical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Customer-Facing Teams, ensuring that scalable, technically sound solutions address real-world customer use cases. By combining deep product expertise, technical problem-solving, and strategic collaboration, the PSE team enhances product adoption, accelerates solution delivery and drives innovation. 

The Manager of Product Solution Engineering team is responsible for defining, building and scaling the team that will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Support, Product and Engineering to deliver technically viable and scalable solutions that enhance the product's capabilities and customer experience, while influencing product strategy with insights from real-world use cases. 

How you'll make a difference: 

  • Leading, developing and growing a team of Product Solutions Engineers 

  • Creating a collaborative and engaging culture to reward effective product solutioning, creativity and long-term customer success 

  • Collaborating with the Product, Engineering and Quality teams to define the PSE craft and level of excellence 

  • Coaching Product Solutions Engineers to be technical advisors, solution consultants and expert generalists on the Inte platform 

  • Leading Solutions Engineers in cross functional initiatives and build partnerships with sales, services, support and marketing 

  • Identifying opportunities to scale the impact of the Solutions Engineering teams 

  • Building and maintaining internal relationships (Sales, Launch, Product) while advocating for prospective and current customers 

  • Identifying and owning initiatives to improve and develop the team's craft and performance 

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing the team through strong and frequent feedback 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Strong technical background, with demonstrated success in Professional Services, Support and/or customer-facing roles. 

  • Experience working closely with or directly as a Solutions Architect individual contributor or leader 

  • Strong analytical abilities in visualizing, capturing information, and analyzing data to manage risk and solve complex problems 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to senior leaders, key stakeholders, and teams 

  • Internal and external negotiation experience with the ability to work across team boundaries to build alignment 

  • Hands-on experience in team management that reflects a nimble and adaptive approach, thriving in fast-paced settings that encourage innovative problem-solving 

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams in delivering technical solutions that align closely with customer needs and business objectives
