Our rapidly growing medical device client is looking to develop a forward-thinking marketing and product management team to grow the business and set the sales team up to knock it out of the park. The company serves as both a distributor and manufacturer for products in its specific market and is the #1 leading player in their segment. The Product Manager role is a great opportunity to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility for a category of a $30-50MM category of the company.

Job Description

Develop soup to nuts marketing plans highlighting the advantages of using the company's products

Manages a product category responsible for $30-50MM in revenue

Understand the product category's role and creates new strategy for the category that is consistent with achieving overall objectives of the company

Work with vendors to launch initiatives and promote and launch new products through marketing campaigns and trade shows

Perform sales forecasting and analyze market trends

Partner with various departments across the organization including purchasing on forecasting, sales force, and coordinating with innovation team on product development

Analyze all financial aspects of product development

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in similar roles

2-5 years of previous marketing experience

Strong analytical background

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros

Health care experience preferred

Strategic marketing mind set

Four-year degree in business, marketing, or related field
