Job description

Product Manager
Department: Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Atlanta
Description
Infor is hiring a Product Manager to help shape the future of enterprise application development. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management, UI/UX Experience, this role is focused on Infor Mongoose, our enterprise low-code application development platform, with responsibility for defining product strategy, driving adoption, and delivering customer value.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customers, developers, partners, analysts, and senior executives. They understand how enterprise applications are built and can translate market opportunities and customer needs into product strategy and execution. They bring a genuine interest in how AI is changing application development and what that means for enterprise platforms.
This role also owns the release cycle, ensuring the product ships on schedule and passes release control standards. Following each release, the candidate will be responsible for enabling and educating Infor's field-facing professionals, partners, and customers on new features and capabilities.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Define product strategy and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging technology trends in the low-code space
  • Own the Mongoose product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through release
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Track industry trends in application development frameworks, low-code tools, and AI-assisted development
  • Assist in developing the future vision for the product, including AI-augmented development capabilities within the Mongoose low-code framework
  • Manage the release process using Aha! and Jira, ensuring features are well defined, tracked, and pass release control standards
  • Work within an Agile development environment, partnering closely with development to maintain a healthy backlog and deliver on schedule
  • Manage the Mongoose Partner Program for SaaS products
  • Drive product enablement, including documentation, training, use-case development, and launch communications for field, partners, and customers
  • Serve as a product evangelist for Mongoose, representing the platform at customer meetings, industry conferences, and internal field events
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, taking initiative on opportunities and driving them forward with minimal direction
  • Work independently across large and complex initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Define and track product adoption and usage KPIs to measure feature success and inform prioritization decisions

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or solution architecture for a software product or platform
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working independently on complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience giving product demos and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Experience with generative AI and LLM concepts, including practical application within software products or platforms
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise low-code, no-code, metadata-driven, or model-driven application platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or comparable tools, including Infor Mongoose
  • Exposure to ERP implementation or enterprise software, including Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with RPA platforms or AI tooling in a product context
