Job description

What is Clutch
Clutch is the leading global marketplace of business service providers, featuring over 310,000 B2B companies across 154 countries. Each month, over a million business leaders use Clutch to find the right service providers for their needs. Clutch has been recognized by Inc Magazine as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the United States for six consecutive years and has been listed in Deloitte's North America Technology Fast 500.

Who We Are
Our global team of builders makes our mission and growth possible. We come from many countries and believe that celebrating what makes us different creates a resilient and positive culture. Leading with empathy and an open mind are key to uncovering brilliant solutions. We promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by weaving it into all of our processes-from hiring practices and benefits to our employee-led, executive-sponsored DE&I committee. Clutch has been recognized by Comparably as a best company for career growth, work-life balance, and diversity.

Who We Are Looking For
Clutch is looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead our transition into an AI native organization. This isn't just about adding a chatbot, it's about re-engineering the DNA of B2B ratings and reviews. The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of AI fluency, technical product depth, and user empathy. You are:

  • The Technical PM: You have a proven track record managing complex technical products (CRM integrations, data pipelines, messaging platforms) and can speak fluently with engineers and data scientists.
  • The Data Builder: You are as comfortable in Metabase (or an equivalent tool) building dashboards and monitoring production systems as you are writing a PRD.
  • The User Advocate: You believe data is a tool for empathy. You build flows that genuinely help users, not just hit metrics.
  • The Hands-On Leader: You thrive in the messy middle of prototyping, aren't afraid to test new tools, and can move from API documentation to launch strategy in the same week.

**We are currently unable to hire in CA, CT, NJ, and NY. This role is open to candidates in all other states.

**In addition, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time and in the future for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our overall product and business, including user flows, data collection, monetization, design patterns, and technical architecture.
  • Understand our business strategy and translate it into clear product priorities and initiatives.
  • Drive product strategy, technical requirements, and measurable outcomes for your core product area.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and present data-backed proposals to expand product capabilities.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of product improvements and new features, from inception through launch.
  • Integrate user research, market analysis, and data insights into the development process to build experiences users love.
  • Partner closely with engineering to determine the best technical implementation methods and realistic timelines.
  • Define and track metrics that measure product success and inform iteration.
  • Become a domain expert-both internally and externally-to guide teams and make fast, well-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, designers, analysts, marketers, editors, and operations to keep development focused, impactful, and iterative.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of direct product management experience at a digital product or software company that has leveraged AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, MCPs, and prompt engineering; ability to build and evaluate functional prototypes.
  • Proven success managing complex technical products such as CRM integrations, messaging platforms, or data pipelines.
  • Experience building and maintaining production monitoring dashboards (Metabase or similar).
  • Comfort working with API documentation and evaluating build-vs-integrate decisions for third-party tools. Strong product sense and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently and drive them through to completion.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of technical architecture for complex, scalable web platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with or a strong interest in developer-facing products (MCP, APIs, developer tooling) is a plus.

What Clutch Offers

  • 401(k) up to 5% Match, 100% Immediate Vesting
  • Cigna Medical, Dental & Vision
  • Life Insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Benefits
  • Fertility Benefits
  • ComPsych Employee Assistance Program, Ginger Mental Health Benefits, and Talkspace On-Demand Mental Health Benefits

  • While working in the office: well-stocked pantry, fridge, and bi-weekly catered lunches

  • Business Casual Work Environment

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive range of benefits to our full-time employees, which includes health, life, disability, and retirement plans, as well as paid time off for mental health, community service, vacation, sick and safe leave, and holidays.
