In this role, you will provide strategic product leadership by understanding customer needs, market problems, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities. You will build and manage product roadmaps, guide product lifecycle decisions, support differentiated product campaigns, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver business results.
What You'll Do:
Lead commercialization efforts for new products and programs that create value for customers and support profitable growth.
Develop go-to-market strategies that support successful product launches and identify gaps, risks, and areas of opportunity.
Create, maintain, and manage product roadmaps that align with market needs, customer problems, and business objectives.
Proactively manage the product lifecycle, including portfolio performance, positioning, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
Develop commercial campaigns that promote differentiated products to applicable markets and customer segments.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to understand target personas, competitive positioning, market problems, and product value propositions.
Analyze market dynamics, pricing opportunities, and profitability drivers to support sound business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Business experience at a managerial level within product management, sales, marketing, or engineering.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including thebackground, education, training,and experience required, as well as geographicconsiderations such as cost of labor, and applicable local andstate laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position istypically $85,000- $135,000annually.
