The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$97,900.00 - $162,000.00
Purpose Statement: Responsible for working with the site Customer teams, site Functional teams, i.e. Engineering, Quality, etc., to successfully introduce new products into the site, and to lead a team that will supplement the customer focus teams during new product introductions (NPI).
Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Continuously evaluate NPI methodology for effectiveness.
  • Works closely with Customer Managers/Customer Directors to stay on the forefront of new business awards to ensure early engagement of the NPI Team.
  • Develop a methodical NPI approach in regards to customer engagement, APQP, FAI, qualification, and quote to actual gap analysis.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
