Position Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of assigned products from concept through production, launch, and end‑of‑life. This role serves as the liaison between customers, sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet market needs, quality standards, profitability goals, and operational requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, including new product development, product enhancements, and product discontinuation.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop product specifications and production requirements.
  • Define product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through product development and launch processes.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare business cases, forecasts, and product performance reports for leadership.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts through product training, technical information, and promotional materials.
