At A GlanceAre you a coffee and kitchen appliance enthusiast with a passion for teaching and developing others? We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our field team representing Philips Domestic Appliances, a leader in small appliances. In this role, you will serve as a training-focused brand expert, visiting specialty retail locations to educate store associates on Philips' coffee and espresso products. You will deliver structured, engaging training sessions-both one-on-one and in group settings-designed to build product knowledge, confidence, and brand advocacy. Inspire and educate others with Philips.

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to control your schedule during retail hours. This role requires regular in-market travel for store visits (up to a 30-60 mile radius).

What You'll Do
  • Build brand loyalty and creditability with in-store retail sales associates  
  • Travel within an assigned market to visit all stores in the territory according to the designated frequency 
  • Facilitate informal, formal, and group trainings to retail associates and managers 
  • Report industry intelligence regarding the program and marketing environment strategically for each tactic  
  • Provide merchandising services for display compliance verification and competitive details by maintaining product displays and product functionality while in-store 
  • Respond to supervisor requests and correspondence in a timely fashion 
  • Other tasks as requested by your supervisor 
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in Retail, Brand Advocacy, or Hospitality Service

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Skilled in delivering engaging training sessions
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and confidently
  • Organized and detail oriented  
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Possess a current ServSafe Food Handler certification or the ability to complete the online certification before your start date, if required
