Berkeley Executives expanded to the East Bay area in 2015 and has been firing on all piston ever since! Our team is a hard working, fun-loving bunch of people from all over the world. We are the type of people to give every task at hand our all and come away with great results. We recognize that all work and no play is no way to live life, so we also love to let our hair down and reward ourselves for all the great work we do. We are conveniently located right next to the BART station to make for an easy commute!

Job Description

Sales Associates must possess a curiosity and eagerness to solve the customers' needs, develop and foster long-term, trusting relationships, and share information regarding, telecommunication products. To ensure your success, you will be supported with an intensive training program to help you achieve great results. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, detail orientation and to build on your natural talents and strengths in a high-energy environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge in assisting customers
  • Develop relationships with both exisiting and potential customers
  • Answer product based questions using knowledge from training, merchandising bulletins, and other Company approved information
  • Knowledge expert on products and services.
  • Sell merchandise and interact with customers according to Berkeley Executives standards
  • Complete customer transactions using tablet register system
